There was a hockey team on my floor. The kids and parents were playing hockey in the hall, hitting my door multiple times and screaming. I had to call the front desk 3 times to have security come up and tell them to stop. It took them over an hour to stop them and was almost 10PM when it stopped. ...

Comfort Suites London
The fire alarm malfunctioned at 3 am. Rand uninterrupted for 30 minutes. No explanations from staff other than "I think its a false alarm". College students in lobby throwing up and staggered drunk at same time. Terrible experience. Reserved room thru my expedia onekey account. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND ...
