"This studio was clean, cute, nicely arranged and stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment and had plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs and utensils for eating and cooking. "We absolutely love everything about this hotel. It’s now our go-to spot in the LBC."

"What was unusual/unique to me was the check-in process for late or after-hours arrival. There was no staff on duty after 11PM, therefore in order to gain entry to the facility, a code was provided gain access to a separate wing of the main entrance. Also, there was no elevator access to the room which was on the second floor. This was highly problematic for me because I have serious mobility issues and trying to get Luggage and my walker up a steep flight of stairs was a major problem. Although the room was clean, it was very sparsely furnished and certainly not what I expected in a rated as this one was. Apparently this after hours room hadn't been rented very often because the windows were open to air out the still evident mildewy odor. I would not recommend this facility if there was a chance that arrival might be late or after hours because there won't any in person assistance available. I don't have an opinion on the Hotel Royal main faciltiy because unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy that experience."

"It is centrally located.Restaurants,bars, the aquarium and Village Harbor are all within walking distance. The rooms are small, but very clean. There is parking, but it is a couple blocks away at the Marriott Courtyard and there are no elevators. But you can’t beat the price."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt in Long Beach. The staff were friendly, professional, and pleasantly accommodating when we needed to change rooms. They handled the situation with understanding and made the process as smooth as possible, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi was out of service during our stay. Aside from that, the overall experience was very positive, and the excellent customer service from the staff really stood out. I would definitely consider staying here again."
