We had an exceptional stay at the Shangri-La. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating in every way. The level of service and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations.
We were in town for the BTS concert and unfortunately got caught in the pouring rain, leaving our runners completely soaked. Even though cleaning and drying shoes was not part of their regular laundry service, the staff went out of their way to help us and made sure our runners were cleaned and completely dry by the next day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of how far they are willing to go for their guests.
In my opinion, the hospitality and service went beyond what I would expect even from a 6-star hotel. We felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay at the Shangri-La again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality.
