Our stay at the RIU exceeded our expectations within the hotel! Only downside was that it didn’t have a parking garage. Although the parking across the street wasn’t bad at all.

Everything was in good order.
I couldn't believe that you had to pay for a bottle of water at $3 each, this is a basic human right and I have never stayed in a hotel where the bottled water needed to be paid for.
Also, there was no kettle for tea making and the coffee and creamer selections were rationed. These two minor matters really affect your stay
