Spacious home for entertaining, centrally located to beach, ferry, and airport.

Second wonderful family visit.

"This was our (8 adults and 7 children aged 9 months-9 years) second visit to this property and it was perfect. Spacious enough that the entire family could cook and eat together; sufficient number of bedrooms that everyone was comfortable and several areas for general play. The pool is the most popular part of our vacation for our grandkids and this year I arranged to have it warmer as I worried that the temperature outside might be a bit chilly - perfect! We ate many dinners outside on the deck while the kids played in the very large yard. Location is perfect - close to Edgartown downtown as well as Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. A memorable vacation! Host is very responsive to questions."

"Absolutely loved our stay last week. Very comfortable and welcoming cottage. So quiet and private. The location in West Tisbury is perfect as it’s central to most everything on the island. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and grilling. Outdoor shower was fab.Looking forward to returning next year! "

Vineyard Haven Hideaway

"5 stars all around! Our experience at this place was incredible! So clean, very modern, well decorated and spacious. We loved the hot tub and the backyard was perfect for our dog. They even had a few dog toys in the back for her to play with. And it’s a short drive from the beautiful Lamberts Cove beach (accessible by beach pass) And our host was so accommodating and made himself accessible to all our questions. My only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough. We will be back next year without a doubt!"

Centrally located Island getaway with bike path access, patio, W/D, & games

Avoid if possible!

"Our stay was actually not a stay! As per usual when we stay at a rental, we do a walk through before bringing our belongings inside. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with odors of mold and mildew. The air in one of the upstairs bedrooms was in the 50's when the thermostat said it was set to 70. In the other bedroom the air was not working at all. We couldn't stay in the house more than 5 minutes with the smell due to both of us having respiratory issues. We called Vacasa immediately and they kept redirecting us and refused to move us to another rental or even refund us so we could stay some place else. They would not get back to us in a timely manner and we had to end up paying for two other locations This is not a good company to do business with. The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because it was easy to locate and the house had the appearance of being clean but not the smell to match. "

"A small group of our Model A club toured MV and this was a very nice, quaint cottage for us to stay. It is conveniently located in the center of the island to start our daily tours and had all the amenities we needed. Our cars were the talk of the island!"

Uniquely designed island retreat with fast WiFi & private W/D - dogs welcome

Cozy and quiet yet close to it all!

"We had a fantastic stay at this property—it’s clean, bright, and welcoming! The bed and pullout were comfortable and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It was a great, quiet location on the center of the island but no more than a 15 minute drive to all we wanted to see and do. It was so nice drinking a coffee on the deck and listening to the nature.We had a minor issue with check-in and Vacasa wasn’t great about helping. We also had a minor internet issue and the owner answered in seconds and it was resolved. Again, great stay, location, and property! Highly recommend!"

Nice pet-friendly stay in great location

"Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still felt high quality. If you are a light sleeper, walls are really thin . You can hear tenants, tv, etc. in the rooms adjacent to the apartment. We loved the location - central location, but tucked off main road."
