Beautiful remodeled Third Floor Two Bed-Room unit with approx 1,300 square feet over-looking Sarasota Bay. Our location sits on the inter-coastal waterway just minutes from the Gulf Of Mexico. Bay Harbour is located on the South end of Long Boat Key, just a few minutes walk from Dry Dock Seafood Grill, New Pass Grill and about a 5 minute drive to St. Armands Circle. Downtown Sarasota with plentiful shopping and food options is located about 10 minutes from this location. The property has been refurbished after the recent hurricanes and the heated pool was redone with completion wrapping up in early 2026'
Watch the Manatees and Dolphins as they pass along the property. Kitchen is fully equiped and the condo is well furnished and includes all towels, bedding and other important items for an extended stay.. A new full size washer and dryer was installed in late 2025'.
