Breathtaking Beach Front Property Ground Floor Condo

Granite and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The living room’s sliding patio door provides first floor access (no stairs) to the beach, heated pool, and a courtyard with shuffle board and outdoor grills.

This fully equipped condo comfortably accommodates six people with: master bedroom (king) & bathroom with a flat screen TV; 2nd bedroom with two twin beds (can slide together to form a king); second full bathroom; den with queen size pull out sofa bed, loveseat and flat screen SMART TV; dining room for 6 people, large patio adjacent to the pool; and a full kitchen that includes all items necessary for cooking.

Additional amenities include free Netflix in the den and living room, a Blue Ray player, an in-unit washer and dryer, unlimited local and long distance calling. In unit full size wash machine and dryer, beach umbrellas and water toys.

A little slice of heaven…

The property was beautiful. Our condo was right by the pool, which was super convenient, especially with an 11 month old, and it was still very quiet. You’re steps away from the beautiful beach, and the fact that they provide chairs and umbrellas was amazing! We had such a great time.

Quite and clean

It's a great location and very clean. It's surprisingly quiet being so close to the pool. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed first thing the next morning. We'll be coming back next year.

A comfortable stay in a lovely area. Beautiful beach and good locality to other areas (St Armands and Siesta Key). Check in was good with friendly staff. Accommodation was nice, although while the complex is located on the beach front, the accommodation itself is set a little way back. We assumed we would open doors onto the beach. Enjoyable stay though.

Great vacation place

Condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Short stroll to a beautiful private beach. Nice to have lounge chairs and beach towels provided. With only 60 units Sand Cay is not crowded. Would love to stay again, but my time is already booked for 2025.

easy and beautiful

we needed a beautiful beach and a pool - this place is perfect, you walk out onto the beach (maybe a short stroll depending on which unit) Everything you need for the beach is there - towels, chairs, umbrellas, even some toys! Then to the pool in the late afternoon or all day - Easy check in (even at 12:30 am:) Grocery store just down the street for an easy all you need stay!

The location of this place is amazing—steps from the pool and the gulf. The beach is gorgeous and having chairs provided is such a nice plus. The condo itself is perfectly adequate, though not fancy. It was clean, though could use a decorating refresh. If you are super sensitive to noises, you may want to look elsewhere as the walls seem pretty thin (eg hearing footsteps from upstairs early in the morning). Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again/recommend to friends.

Long Boat Key Get away

Condo is steps from the beautiful white sands of the Gulf, right next to the pool. Had everything we needed just could use a bit updating in shower/bathrooms, doors, trim and bedroom dressers. The main living area was comfortable, kitchen was sufficient. Could not ask for a better location, lots of places to shop, eat, and just enjoy the coastal living. Property management was delightful.

Lovely complex and condo location near pool and short walk to beach. A few minor problems with TV and appliances, easily and quickly remedied by facility employees. Beautiful beach with plenty of comfy chairs. Peaceful, friendly environment. Wonderful restaurants within easy drive. I would return without hesitation.

Fabulous place.. Great for gatherings Well stocked kitchen One thing…. The master mattress is not great… I would love to stay here again next year.. Hoping they get a king mattress topper.. I found a twin egg crate and used on one side of the king bed and it was perfect.. Great property. Great for large families in multiple units

Perfect location

Perfect location and condo. Everything is as it was described on the website. Loved having in unit washer and dryer. The only down part - mattress in master bedroom is horrible :( super uncomofortable. Other than that, it is an amazing place to rent and the owner is a pleasure to work with.

Great beach!

Condo was well kept and pretty clean. Could tell it was older but in good shape and had lots of updates. Had a lot of supplies, cooler, nice umbrella, plenty of beach towels, etc. Outlets were too big for plugging in items in master bedroom, but there were other available outlets. Pull out couch would not lay flat, but fine for young kid. Overall it was a great place to stay with very minor items to note. The beach outweighed any cons. Great lounge chairs on the beach and plenty of them to go around. Great location and not crowded! Beautiful warm water. Very friendly people as well! Would stay here again!

Wanted to watch bucs nfl game in condo but could not. Unable to replace router while there. Without router had to use data in order to access internet on our phones
