Seaside house near Les Sables d’Olonne

  • This house is our holiday retreat, where we enjoy wonderful times with family and friends. We would love for it to welcome travelers discovering the Atlantic coast.



    The house is pleasantly located in the town center, just a 5-minute drive from Plage du Rocher (a lifeguarded beach) and a 15-minute bike ride along the cycle path.



    All shops are within walking distance. Free parking is available 50 meters from the house, with easy access and spaces always available, even during peak season.



    The fully enclosed courtyard offers peace and privacy. Enjoy barbecue evenings under the stars in a secluded courtyard, surrounded by an olive tree and a crepe myrtle—perfect for relaxing and dreaming.



    The mezzanine bedroom has a ceiling height of about 1.70 meters at its highest point.



    This house is ideal for stays with family or friends.



    Bed linens and towels are not provided (please bring your own bed linens and bath towels). Bed sizes: 1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190, 2 beds 90x190. Linen rental is available for an extra fee. Travel cot available.
