Terrace. Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor and electric heating included.
Located on a quiet road and a river below. Pétanque court and tennis court a few meters away.
€2/day supplement for pets. Fishing permits available for fishing in the communal pond 500 meters away. Ideal for hiking, horseback riding, or cycling enthusiasts, this small cottage is located in the heart of the Longny-au-Perche and Charencey forests, just a few meters from the 15-hectare family pond. You're sure to spot swans on the pond and big game around the bend!
