Ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with hunting-themed decor and a lounge area (fireplace), semi-professional kitchen, small living room with a lounge area (wood-burning stove) and adjoining kitchen, shower room and bathroom, 2 toilets. First floor, accessible from the main living room: 1 bedroom (2 single beds and 1 extra bed 80cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm, 1 cot), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm, 1 extra bed 80cm), TV, shower room, private toilet for each bedroom. First floor, accessible from the small living room: mezzanine (1 double bed), 2 open-plan en suite bedrooms on 2 levels (4 single beds). Central heating. Laundry room. Garden on 4 hectares of land and a 2000m² unfenced pond 300 meters from the lodge. Big game hunting is possible on the property. There is a paddock for horses and a kennel.
Linens and cleaning are mandatory for business clients. 'Bel Air' is a renowned hunting ground in the Perche region, and the decor of this property reflects the quality of the big game.
