Longwood Cemetery

A nice building without employees trained to be professional means nothing. Upon standing in line checking in a man who was already a customer cut into our line for a problem he had. Not one of the 3 ffeme counter persons told him he had cut into line of six people waiting. She just helped him and we waited another few minutes. Very unprofessional. Of the three elevators in the lobby only one worked properly. Upon checking out the system was down do I could not get a receipt.

There was sand in the bed and sewer flies in the shower. The floor is uneven and feels like the house is going to collapse.

The room was well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and the free wine and cheese plus live music at night was a lovely bonus.
