"The check-in process was terrible check-in time was 4 we got a room assignment at 5. So many people waiting for rooms even after 5. It is definitely showing its age needs to be renovated or at least change out the dirty carpets. The nicest staff were at the bar in the lobby and the dining area. It is however nice that you can walk to city walk. "

"Our room felt dirty and was in desperate need of a coat of paint. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the door knob was not properly attached so if you pulled on it, the door knob detached from the door and came off into your hand. "

"I had high hopes when I recently visited B&B Hotels However my experience was far from enjoyable. We had to pay a security deposit of $100 for a room that had dirty sheets from the previous guest. I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets & was told there was NO cleaning staff available when it was only 3:30PM on a Thursday Not worth the money when Rosen Inn is around the corner with better accommodations."

"This is the best bang for your budget resort for Universal Orlando. Excellent amenities and the staff is helpful, kind and courteous. Shuttles are timely and the extra hour in the morning is a huge plus!"

"If I could rate 0 stars I would, both people in my party said we would rather spend the night in the haunted mansion than there. We dreaded going back there each night just to shower and sleep. The rare times the elevators worked they were horribly slow. The shower drain took 30 minutes to drain all the water. We were not told there would be 2 doors in our room connecting them to other people’s. We were also emailed beforehand told that there would be transportation to Disney offered, which was not available. The entire room was nasty and the sheets felt like paper. The floor was sticky. The “market” store inside the lobby did not have prices listed and charged $15 for 2 Wyndham water bottles and one wrapped ice cream cone-like the ones you get out of the box from the store. The front desk worker was an older woman that was horrifically rude. We requested an early check-in and she said that they have rooms already available and clean, but they would charge $25 even though they were already ready. She never smiled nor welcomed us and acted like we were refusing inconvenience being there. You have to walk a pretty good distance from the lobby to the towers where the rooms are located. The entire place felt unsafe. There were often tweakers standing right outside of our room and blocking hallways. The soaps in the room smelled so bad they made me gag. The place titles itself a resort but it is nastier than a motel 6. Oh my God. Not as pictured on this website!!"
