"Upon arrival for our reserved stay, no staff members were onsite. We had to call for someone to bring a key to our room. After settling in, we decided to leave for dinner & the key provided would not lock the door. We had to call again for someone to help with the issue. The room was clean and organized well. However, the TV remote didn't function well (possibly low batteries). Most of the issues with this booking could have been avoided if owners or management spent a little more time checking the little things in each room periodically. The owner of the hotel stated that due to the issues he would credit our stay for $50. As of this writing, the refund has NOT been received."

"This was the second time we stayed at this beautiful cottage and we’ll be back again! Communication with the host was super easy and we had no issues with checking in or checking out. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located near downtown and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and more."

"Michelle made our visit very easy; from key code entry to various amenities to a well stocked kitchen. Each sink area had cleaning items below in case you needed to clean something up. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The bedroom linens and towels were very clean and comfortable. There was a vacuum and broom available, if needed. There was an abundance of books, board games and card games for every age from baby to adult. The house itself is centrally located in Brevard. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home for your next getaway in Brevard, NC."

"We loved staying at Pilot Cove. The big porch was so serene--we drank coffee and read books every morning while looking for the occasional white squirrel or woodpecker in the trees. The cabin had a nice layout for our family. We liked being a quick drive to Brevard and shopping and also being able to get right on to the Pisgah Highway to hike and see waterfalls every day. We would definitely come back and stay again."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very close to downtown Brevard but was located in a private backyard setting. The cottage was very clean and spacious. It had everything one would need for a week stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The bathroom was set up perfectly with a large sink cabinet outside the shower/toilet room. Great for two people getting ready to go out. My husband really enjoyed the sitting porch out back where he often read in the afternoon. We would stay here again if we’re going to Brevard, Pisgah Nat Forest or Blue Ridge Pkwy, it’s all so close. PS, I enjoyed shopping and eating on Main St."
