"We were thrilled at the effort the Holiday Inn Express made to make the stay positive and unique. Bacon for breakfast, coffee machines that made each cup individually, and a very helpful staff were some of the added perks of staying here. Rooms were quite, comfortable, and well equipped."

"The farmhouse was in a great location not far from restaurants and downtown Brevard as well as hiking and other outdoor activities. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was quite cozy. My favorite part was the front porch"

"Beauitful! But be warned, this place is located pretty high up the mountain and the roads made us very nervous. The driveway is also a dirt road. The place was awesome, but my nerves were tore up accessing the cabin."

"The cabin was amazing. Much better than pictures, New appliances and most furniture. The decks were wrap around and very comfortably furnished, Spent every evening sitting on deck watching the sunset.We plan to return."

"We had an excellent week at Mine Mountain. It was only a short drive to Pisgah NF and to downtown Brevard. We spent a lot of time in the National Forest - Sliding rock and several waterfalls. Our grandchildren loved Crystal Mountain Gem Mine. We also enjoyed the breweries that were kid and dog-friendly. The house was clean and well-stocked. We cooked every night and used the grill. The kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire ring and making s'mores. Be aware that there are other houses next door. One was under renovations (construction noise starting at 7 am). The other with a huge black dog. The neighbor woman got very angry and yelled at me when she was walking her big black dog and our (20 lb) dog barked at her dog. From up the hill on the other side of the road, her dog kept lunging and she seemed barely able to keep it under control."
