"Great location and really nice rooms! The staff were very friendly, and I really appreciated that they texted me directly to make sure we had everything we needed. The shower amenities were excellent, and there were lots of towels, which was very much appreciated—my daughter and I are definitely towel hogs! 😊 Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Hotel Saranac is perfectly located for a weekend in the Adirondacks, in the heart of Saranac Lake for easy walking to restaurants, a short bike ride to the Rail Trail, and a reasonable drive to great hiking and outdoor opportunities. It’s a great historic hotel with lots of character and an amazing bar and lounge area, with great views of town and the mountains. Parking is plentiful and free. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It is accessible and user friendly for guests that have mobility challenges."

"The motel was very clean, nicely located & staff was very friendly, efficient, responsive & professional. Would like to have a couple more towel bars in the bathroom & a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Tupper Lake area."
