"Small resort feel. Has all the feels. The condo was stocked really well with everything we needed. The town is great. If you want to go back in time this is a good spot. The scenery was beautiful at this time of year. Get ready for traffic jambs and make reservations for everything, everywhere weeks in advance. The peak leaf season draws more people than the towns can handle and if you don’t plan you can miss out."

Three-story Canadian Lighthouse

"Very charming and unique lighthouse for a couple days hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire! Property was extremely clean and well-kept, very quiet and private setting in the woods off a dirt road which got virtually no traffic. Only a short drive (5-7 mins) from a small grocery store with plenty of staple items for making our own meals. Kitchen was well-equipped with all pots, pans, dishes and everything we needed for our stay. There was a full bath with shower on the 1st floor right off the entrance and kitchen, another half bathroom with the washer / dryer, guest room and cozy seating area (with couch and tv) on the 2nd floor, and the master bedroom on the top (3rd floor). No bathroom on the 3rd floor which wasn’t a big deal for us, but something to be aware of. Was surprised to find only 4 non-decaf Keurig coffee pods when we checked in, with no extras in the pantry or cabinets. We had to get our own coffee after the 1st day since we needed more than that to caffeinate ourselves for the hikes! :-) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the lighthouse!"
