Welcome to Lopar on the beautiful island of Rab. This comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday apartment offers 55 m² of space for up to four guests and is ideal for couples, small families or friends who want to spend relaxed holiday days in close proximity to the sea. The accommodation combines pleasant living comfort with a peaceful atmosphere and short distances to the beach, restaurants and leisure facilities.
The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, offering plenty of space for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and window. The open-plan living area includes a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette that provides everything needed for self-catering. Two covered balconies extend the living space outdoors and invite you to start the day with breakfast in the fresh air or to wind down the evening in a relaxed manner.
For additional comfort, air conditioning, WiFi and a separate entrance to the flat are provided. We are happy to provide a cot on request. Pets are not permitted.
A particular highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with its exceptionally designed, organically shaped pool landscape. For shared evenings outdoors, there are grilling facilities and a summer kitchen available. Children can let off steam in the play area with a slide, trampoline, sandpit, swing and seesaw. Parking spaces are located directly at the house.
The location is one of the greatest advantages of this accommodation. The popular sandy beach of Lopar is only about 150 metres away and is easily accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the town centre are also in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for varied holiday days – from water sports and boat trips to cycling tours and mini golf and other leisure activities on the island.
