This spacious holiday apartment on the sunny Kvarner island of Rab offers modern living comfort on approx. 80 m² for up to 6 people - perfect for families or small groups looking for a relaxed holiday in an idyllic setting.



The bright living area with air conditioning harmoniously connects the kitchen, dining and living spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, 4-plate stove and all important utensils. The dining table offers space for 6 people. In the living area, you will find a cosy corner sofa with satellite TV, which invites you to relax. Large windows and a furnished, covered terrace with a view of the greenery create a bright, friendly ambience and invite you to shared meals and relaxing hours outdoors.



Two tastefully furnished bedrooms with comfortable double beds offer restful sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and its own washing machine. A children's bed is available on request. Pets are welcome, with potential additional fees.



The holiday apartment is located only about 100 metres from the gently sloping sandy beach. The famous Paradise Beach in San Marino is approximately 1.2 kilometres away. You can conveniently reach the centre of Lopar with a supermarket, restaurants, post office and other shopping opportunities within a few minutes on foot.



The quiet residential area without through traffic and the Mediterranean garden area with barbecue facilities create a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Free parking spaces are available directly at the house.
