With around 45 m² of living space, it offers room for up to 6 people and impresses with its comfortable furnishings, bright rooms and a spacious terrace.



At the centre of the accommodation is the covered, furnished terrace (20 m²) – a magnificent place to enjoy breakfast outdoors or to let the day end comfortably. The adjacent living kitchen with dining area and satellite TV is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), oven, dishwasher, microwave and filter coffee machine. Here, every meal can be prepared conveniently.



Two bedrooms each offer a double bed and additional sleeping options - ideal for families with children. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, fans and free WiFi. A washing machine is available for guests to use in the landlord's house (if applicable, for a fee).



The house is located in a quiet residential area of Lopar, just 200 metres from the sea and a gently sloping sandy beach - perfect for families with children and beach holidaymakers. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, ATM and cafés that are conveniently accessible on foot. The centre of Lopar is only about 200 metres away.

In addition to sun and sea, the region offers diverse opportunities for water sports, cycling, walking, diving, or boat trips to the surrounding bays.



The well-maintained garden of the house invites you to relax. Barbecue facilities and outdoor seating are available there. Parking spaces are located directly at the house. The friendly landlords live in the same building and are happy to provide tips on excursions and local highlights.
