I messaged the host and received a fast response and was able to easily resolve the issue. We were very impressed with the cleanliness especially since pets are allowed. There were zero pet odors. "This was my second trip to this cabin, this time with a group of girlfriends. I absolutely love this cabin! It’s always clean and stocked with all of the essential cooking supplies (including a convenient way to buy firewood!). The rooms are comfortable, the living room is cozy, nights around the fire pit and mornings on the deck with coffee are perfect! It’s very close to all of the Ricketts Glen hikes - which is why I came back with the group! Our host Jessica was easy to communicate with, and was very responsive through the booking process. Really love this property, and can’t wait to come back again!"
