"We have stayed at this hotel a few times and really don’t have any complaints except the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The counter didn’t look like it was wiped from the last time someone stayed there otherwise the rest of the room was fine. The breakfast was ok and had a nice variety of choices. "

"The room was clean, but the back yard area had alot of dog poop, with a sign posted asking to clean up after your dog. I had my 2yr old running around in the grass until I noticed dog poop scattered around all over the property. Also, the water park was closed, due to a live band performing, yet this information wasn't mentioned during booking. That's the reason why I stood at this hotel."

"We stayed for the weekend. Had an easy check-in. We had one comfortable king bed, large clean room, nice bathroom. On Saturday we walked around Scranton for a total of 7 miles, so the hot tub was a welcomed amenity. The staff was very polite and professional. Morning continental breakfast was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to Sparks by Hilton!"

"The bed was clean enough. There were dead beetle carcasses o on the couch. The screen to the balcony was in disrepair There was a wasp nest on the balcony. Which a wasp got into the room because of the screen. The restaurant had burgers but no buns We didn’t use the shower and they charged my credit card $20 for ‘incidentals’ if anything they should have given me $20 for my troubles"
