"I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."

"Although not a fancy 5 star hotel, the Fern Ridge was a very pleasant surprise! We had expected the lower rate to mean a small room without much comfort, but found the friendliness of the staff to go above and beyond what one would receive at ANY rated hotel. Jackie introduced herself as the housekeeper and was very kind to note she would accommodate anything we needed, their restaurant served reasonably priced meals, and located only moments from the Pocono Speedway. "Well, there was no stay because when I arrived, there was absolutely no cars in the parking lot so I went to the office and the door was locked and there was a big sign on the door that said, condemned, not fit for human occupancy"

"Property was great and the nature around us was amazing. The mile walk we did from the house was amazing as we saw a fox and multiple deer and spots to view the beautiful creek. Super relaxing. We had cooler weather in the front end of the stay and 80s by the time we left. Fire place would have been great for the cooler times but we couldn’t get it to light but that might have been us since we aren’t used to propane. Decor was amazing and house was very clean. "My family and I had an amazing trip. The condo was updated and clean. Perfect amount of space for a family of 5 and so close to the mountain. A quick drive to restaurants as well, you can’t beat this location! They provided all of the amenities we needed for the week as well. We will definitely be planning another stay!!"
