"I loved this house, the host and the stay was just amazing!! My 2 best friends and I had our first annual Girls Ski weekend. I've stayed in a LOT of places both in US, France, Germany, UK, Ireland and this one sits at the top of the list. It was so clean, had ALL the amenities, the rooms, beds and bathrooms were just perfect. The host communications were spot on. They made sure, due to the brutal temps, that we had the garage to house the car, checked in on us due to snow, etc and were not intrusive!! I cannot say enough. We will definitely be back and having read some of the entries in their guest book, this place will need to be booked way ahead of time!!! Thank you!!!"

"The room was impeccably clean & the bed very comfortable. There are amenities - coffee, TV, fridge, etc - but my work-related stay was very short and I had no need for the extras. The staff was very courteous and professional. My check-in was after midnight due to my job, and though the attendant was busy elsewhere in the building, he came right away to assist me. The next morning I overslept, and the staff was very gracious and forgiving, even returning my deposit in full after my transgression. This is a very quiet accomodations in a small town not too far from Greater Binghamton, with very reasonable rates. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to stay there again. And I would highly recommend Colonial Brick Inn to anyone traveling through or on an extended stay in the area! "
