Perfectly situated just a one-minute walk from restaurants, shops, cafés, and the stunning Sea of Cortez, this home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and authentic Baja charm.

    Designed for relaxation, the villa features two spacious master suites, each with a king-size bed, private bathroom, double sinks, and a large soaking tub. The main level offers a lush garden patio, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room ideal for gathering with family and friends.
