Main House:
3 elegant master suites, each featuring a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and ocean view.
An additional full bathroom in the main living area adds extra convenience.
Detached Casita / Family Suite:
Includes a king-size bed, two twin beds that can be converted into a European-style king upon request, and a full-size sofa bed.
A private full bathroom and a privacy divider for the main king-size bed provide added comfort and flexibility.
The villa also features open-concept indoor-outdoor living with folding glass doors, creating the perfect setting for gatherings or quiet relaxation.

Important House Rules
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping inside the villa.
Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
No parties or events unless previously approved in writing.
Please respect the Cabo Bello community rules and neighboring homes.
Any damages, missing items, or HOA fines caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
Pool / Outdoor Areas
Please enjoy the pool, BBQ area, and outdoor spaces respectfully. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, stairs, terrace, and outdoor areas.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
If the requested time falls outside our cleaning staff’s regular schedule, an additional fee may apply. Either way, we will always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Concierge Services
For concierge services, please contact your local host and villa concierge, Mitzi Reynoso, at +52 624 108 4381.
Mitzi will be available to assist with transportation, groceries, chef services, welcome cocktails, yacht charters, spa services, activities, restaurant reservations, décor, and special celebrations.

Unauthorized late departure may incur additional charges.
5. Noise & HOA Compliance
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Jimmy Page Villa is located in a residential community governed by HOA regulations.
HOA fines of up to $500 USD may be imposed for violations related to noise, parking, conduct, or community rules. Any such fines will be charged to the Guest and are considered a breach of contract.
6. Pets Policy
Pets are permitted only with prior written approval.
Pet fee: $100.00 USD per stay, per pet
Maximum: 2 pets
Maximum weight: 20 lbs each
Service animals must also cover the pet fee in accordance with HOA policies, where permitted by applicable law and booking platform rules. Guests remain fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
7. Children Safety & Supervision
Children are 100% the responsibility of their parents, guardians, or accompanying adults at all times.
Children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult while inside the villa, on terraces, around stairs, in outdoor areas, and especially near the pool.
Jimmy Page Villa is a private vacation property for the exclusive use of registered guests. The villa does not include staff or personnel responsible for supervising minors.
Guests acknowledge that the pool is not fenced and does not have a safety barrier. The villa also has multiple stairs, elevated areas, terraces, and outdoor spaces that require adult supervision.
Parents, guardians, or accompanying adults assume full responsibility for the safety, behavior, and supervision of all children during the stay.
If guests would like childcare assistance, an independent babysitting service may be coordinated through the concierge department upon request. Babysitting services are provided by an external company, and all costs, terms, availability, and liability are handled directly by that independent provider.
8. Pool & Outdoor Soaking Tub / Gas Heating
The property includes a swimming pool and an outdoor soaking tub. The outdoor tub is not a jetted jacuzzi.
The home and pool heating system operate on gas.
If Guest requests pool heating, Guest agrees to cover gas consumption. Estimated cost is $80.00 USD per day.
Owner is not responsible for delays in heating due to weather conditions.
9. Security Cameras Disclosure
Exterior security cameras are located at the main entrance only, for safety purposes.
There are no interior cameras and no cameras monitoring private areas.
10. Parking
Private fenced parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas.
11. Hurricane / Force Majeure Policy
In the event of an imminent hurricane threat that prevents Guest from traveling to Cabo San Lucas, Guest will receive a 100% credit for unused nights to be applied toward a future stay, subject to availability.
If a storm or hurricane occurs while guests are staying at the villa and state or local authorities issue a mandatory evacuation order, guests must comply with such order. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, a credit will be issued for any unused nights.
If Guest is scheduled to arrive during a Hurricane Warning period and chooses to delay arrival until the warning is lifted, a credit will be issued for the unused portion of the stay, subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued unless a mandatory evacuation is officially ordered.
12. Right of Entry
Owner or authorized personnel may enter the property when reasonably necessary for emergency situations, safety concerns, or essential maintenance.
Efforts will be made to notify Guest when possible.
13. Prohibited Conduct & Fees
The following violations will result in immediate charges:
Smoking inside the villa, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, cannabis use, or any required odor remediation: up to $350.00 USD
Confetti, interior or exterior: $150.00 USD
Lost keys: $70.00 USD
Glass in pool area: $350.00 USD
Vomit in pool, interior areas, furniture, or rugs requiring professional deep cleaning: $350.00 USD
Additional cleaning, odor treatment, damage, or remediation beyond these amounts will be billed accordingly.
14. General Liability
Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss of personal belongings, or valuables.
