"The room smelled awful; there were multiple stains on floor, futniture and shower; Also, there were limited housekeeping services; asked for linen to be changed but was informed that they could give us extra linen but they did not have the staff to change it for us; we did not receive any housekeeping services: leftover beverages were left in the refrigerator in the room from prior guests; the room was dusty and the furniture was outdated; the entire resort was outdated and unkept"

"This was absolutely perfect for our family with kids. The pools, the beach and games was enough to keep everyone entertained our entire stay. It was close enough to the more touristy area but far enough away that was safe and much less people. I would 100% stay here again with our family. Rooms were clean and had many amenities to allow to save money on going out to eat. "

"Free breakfast was great. Pools were rowdy due to kids and not having staff that enforced the pool rules. Elevator was terrifying and sounded like it would break while inside. Inside of the room was beat up which was disappointing since I paid for a king suite. Cleaning was poor since they only changed the trash and brought us one towel a day. The doors would slam and you’d hear it all day long from every room including the floors above and below. Excellent staff, highly professional and very kind but just disappointed by a few things that should’ve been included in the description of the room."

"My room was NOT cleaned like it supposed to be we saw roaches in the kitchen. The shower sound like somebody drilling a hole in the wall. The wire springs were poking through the mattress of my daughter’s bed. And on top of all that the hot water kicked out and we couldn’t shower "

"Perfect for families"

"Watching the sun rise every morning and hearing the waves crash at night was a gift. Very clean. Staff friendly. Beach access incredible. Many restaurants nearby to walk to. Beds are very firm - a thicker mattress pad would help that. Pillows were not in the best shape. We bought pillows from Walmart. Pool area is lovely but the daily afternoon music from the poolside tiki bar was extremely unenjoyable loud. We still had a nice time all in all. "

"Clean room, friendly staff and nice view "

"Staff was rude, no one ever came to check our rooms and when we asked for clean towels they said we had to wait to 11am to get towels. We never did! . Mind you we were there for 5 days and never had anyone come to the room to restock toilet paper, coffee, towels and etc.. They don't provide conditioner and they don't provide pool towels. They don't really have an indoor pool and hot tubs are have warm water. The best part of the hotel was that it was beach front property. "

"Great experience , more than I expected. Awesome bartenders , there’s happy hour and a starbucks Cafe as well. 2 indoor pools , one covered , a mini pool, a lazy river and Super splash pad/water park! Only issue was the parking near the building for check in & Handicap it’s scares but front desk attendants were very helpful and courteous!"
