"Once you get to the property the staff were all wonderful but the communication prior to arrival was none no answers to any of my questions through Expedia. The city bus is across the street takes you into Florence for 2 euros but make sure you validate your ticket front of bus to avoid a hefty fine. I loved that we could cook breakfast before heading out and there is a grocery store onsite."

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were fantastic. Lapo, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in making last minute arrangements for anything we needed. The entire staff from the porters, bar tenders, cleaning staff and managers were friendly and accommodating. The property was picturesque and absolutely stunning. We wish we would have stayed more days just to enjoy the property itself. If you're having an afternoon drink on the patio bar or enjoying a scrumptious evening meal in the restaurant you will not be disappointed."

"This was by far my favorite stay in Italy! I felt safe, the location was great, and the inside of the hotel was gorgeous. I especially appreciated that they gave me the specific room I requested. That was such a nice touch and made me feel like they really listened to my request. I absolutely loved the room—the decor, the aesthetic, the cleanliness, and all the little extra amenities. Everything felt very thoughtful, from the bathrobe, and slippers to the beautiful decor. Honestly, it’s hard to say what I didn’t like about this stay! Breakfast was great, with so many options. I especially loved the fresh juicing option. My only suggestion would be to have more than one person helping with the juicing because the wait could get pretty long. The location was also convenient. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. I loved all the thoughtful little details throughout the hotel. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Italy. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe, and full of thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️"

"Beautiful property. The restaurant and breakfast are great. Rooms are cozy and quaint. To consider there shuttle is only to get you to the bridge and walk or cab from there to wherever you’re going. It’s the distance from places such as stores restaurants be prepared for any extra needs of expenses such as bottled water or snacks. Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and privacy."

"My family and I had such a great time. Such a kid friendly place and at check in they even had a little playground while you waiting and gave the kids bubbles. So great to be in nature and all of the amenities were lovely. The waterparks that were padded on the ground were genius and we did a family wine tasting which was such a lovely memory. Our stay was so nice with the deck and the grocery store is so affordable for dinners in. Love love love! My toddler played all day and there were so many times we got to relax because they had everything that we wanted or needed right on property."
