Location was amazing, walking distance to almost everything in Central Madrid or right next to metro & Gran via. Has elevator, small rm but A.C worked very well. Has TV & streaming available. Did not like the bathroom set up w/a glass door & our dr wouldn't close but we worked it out. It is however, a decent size bathroom for Europe. No fridge or microwave but that is to be expected for hotel rm. Would definitely stay here again. Did not wake up in time for Breakfast but heard it was gd.

In general the experience was above and beyond what my family and I expected. The only note I would like to leave is that the rooftop experience was a bit overwhelming in that, being a paying guest I didn't expect to compete with non-guests for prime sitting spaces during sunset with views which we primarily chose hotel for; Space for non smokers would be nice.

"Beautiful hotel set in an amazing location. Stayed with my dog who adored the squeaky toy she was given. Staff extremely helpful and even allowed us to eat breakfast outside as we didn't want to leave our dog in the room. Would definitely stay again"
