The property offers secure off road parking with gates and outside seating area. The bedrooms can be configured to offer either one kingsize and one twin bedroom, and one kingsize bedroom. In addition to a separate dining room there is also garden furniture for outside dining.

All the essential amenities including air conditioning, wifi and multichannel/multi-language internet television are available. The fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, and there is also a microwave and washing machine available for guest use.

The bathroom offers an accessible-friendly walk in shower with twin “his and her” sink vanity unit. Basic toiletries are included in addition to a hairdryer, towels and beach towels.

Although the property is just around the corner from a selection of bars and restaurants it is on a quiet and very private corner, only a short stroll from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor and a short stroll to the nearest supermarkets and main shops and restaurants.

The historic town of Cartagena offering a beautiful and recently restored Roman Theatre is only a 20 minute car ride away. Equally, La Zenia Boulevard is only a 20 minute drive in the other direction offering a modern shopping mall with designer shops and a selection of restaurants as well as a bowling alley and live entertainment shows.
