This spacious 110 m² apartment is located on the first floor and combines rustic Mediterranean character with an excellent central location. The beautiful Mar Menor is only around 600 metres away, making it easy to enjoy beach days, waterfront walks and long evenings by the sea.

Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and local shops are all nearby, so many of the essentials for your holiday can be reached on foot.

Casa de la Luz accommodates a maximum of 7 guests across four bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. There are also two bathrooms, making the property particularly convenient for families or groups travelling together.

The apartment includes a practical kitchen for preparing breakfast, snacks or relaxed dinners at home. Guests also benefit from air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi throughout their stay.

To make your arrival a little more special, your stay includes the Rental Hero welcome package, with towels, bed linen, a bottle of wine, water, sweets and tea.

Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor without a lift, so access may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. There is also no private parking space. Street parking is available in the surrounding area, although finding a space can be more difficult during the busy summer months.
