HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 10 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies Over 10 people
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact head counts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home,

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All TV’s, lights, appliances and thermostat turned off.
No need to strip the beds. We inspect all the linens and towels. Any wet towels please let hang to dry.
All windows and patio doors should be shut and locked.
Lock Front Door and shut stairway gate.
Be sure to leave Parking Permit at its designated location inside the home.
Please note you agree to pay for $150 for lost or unreturned parking permit pass.

Great Hotel! Good location with an easy walk to Disneyland with views of the night time fireworks from our balcony. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms are a good size with good facilities. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Great stay in the Hollywood Hills!
Loved the location and all the amenities. The best parts were the views and proximity to Yamashiro!
Our stay here was absolutely fabulous. The house was very roomy and the location to Universal Studios and to all of Hollywood is just fantastic. Would definitely stay again!
Lovely stay in the Hollywood hills. The property is a great size for groups and the view is incredible. Definitely recommend!

Excellent weekend in Hollywood!
The location is just as described and the interior and views are amazing! The location is nicely tucked away from all the busy traffic, in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything that you didn't have to travel far. Would stay here again when visiting LA!
This place is everything and more! The home is very spacious. We rented it for our son’s wedding. We wanted to have our other children and their spouses stay with us as well as grandkids. It fit everyone very well! The views are spectacular! From the morning sunrise to the twinkling lights at night, you will not be disappointed!
This was the perfect house for 5 adults. The house is clean and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Location is central to everything. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in LA!
We stayed here for a few days after my son’s wedding in Thousand Oaks. The view was fabulous and a great way to rest and recover before heading back East. We appreciated being able to spread out and each person having their own bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend staying here.
The property was very clean. Location was near Hollywood Boulevard and minute from downtown LA. Property managers were prompt in there responses pre rental and during the time of stay. I would definitely recommend this property.
This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills with spectacular views of Hollywood and LA, we had lots of room to spread out in comfy spaces. Danny, our host was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we were able to walk to our concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful remodel, with lots of space and unparalleled views. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to just about everything. Lilly and Danny were incredibly communicative and helpful. Could not have asked for a better trip to Los Angeles!
The cushions on both patios outside were ripped very baddly. BBG cover was ripped very badly. The door stops were off the wall. Location was great and it was clean except carpet on main floor back bedroom needed a vaccum. The umbrella did not close on the patio. Overall, nice place.
We came to LA for family vacation as my teenager children had strong interest in some of the attractions in the area and we also have extended family in Thousand Oaks. This was a perfect location to get to all areas of LA, which is always a challenge with traffic. We were able to walk to Chinese Mann Theater on first day, but learned that the hills can be challenging. The view at this house is absolutely gorgeous, but never felt that it was very loud. Felt very safe in this neighborhood.

The property is beautiful and spacious. The home is very clean and well decorated and met the needs of our extended family of 10. The outdoor decks are very nice and the views are wonderful. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. The only drawback to the house was the parking. The garage is very small as was clearly advertised in the listing, and we were unable to park our SUV in the garage without having to exit the car through the hatchback. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
Was very pleased with our stay. Spectacular views of the city, and great location for activities. Communication was terrific throughout. Would stay again, and highly recommend.

This was the best house for our family vacation! The house is amazing- completely redone and so beautiful! The kitchen has everything you would need and there was plenty of room for our family to 6 to spread out. We loved how close it was to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Dodger Stadium, and Universal Studios. Highly recommend!!

Almost perfect!
The house is amazing and the views were spectacular! We were in town to attend a UCLA football game with our two married children and granddaughter. This house worked so well at accommodating us and so nice to have private bathrooms for all the bedrooms.
The only negatives that we had were the lack of any storage containers, zip lock bags or plastic wrap making it so hard to store any leftover food. Also the dishwasher did not work and it was very time consuming to hand wash a full load of dirty dishes! We reported the issue but due to it being the weekend it was not resolved while we were there.

Parking at the property was a nightmare you had to squeeze the car in a tiny garage as the CD parking pass left was out of date. Dishwasher was broken and had no reply from property manager. Only one king bed and it was not in the master bedroom. Lots of hair under the sheets.

This house in Hollywood Heights is spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two decks, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom, and the views are priceless.
