South Bay Beach Cities (Manhattan, Hermosa, Redondo, El Segundo, Playa Del Rey) are upscale and easy-going beach communities. They're definitely a "bubble", separated enough from the bustle of LA that they feel like a true escape. This unit is convenient to all the LA beaches, LAX, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and City centre LA. It is a short drive from Disneyland, Universal Studios, and other attractions in Southern CA or you can easily hop on the coast to visit other popular California landmarks!

-Half block from the famous Strand Beach Path. The Strand" starts at Will Rogers State Beach and travels through all of the South Bay beach communities and 2 harbours: Marina del Rey and King Harbour at Redondo Beach.
-Close Proximity to Manhattan and Hermosa Beach Pier

-10 minute drive (5 miles) to/from LAX !

- On left side of garage, there is everything you need to go down to the beach for the day! Beach chairs (6 of different sizes), 2 umbrellas, a beach tent and boogie board.
-Beach towels in guest room closet along with extra bath towels.
-1 pet under 25 lbs allowed per stay for a small fee.
-The left side of the garage is yours (can fit two parked tandem if they are compact) plus another in the driveway (UP to 3 SPOTS!)
-Private Washing machine and Dryer in garage.
-Linens and towels are provided as well as toiletries and cleaning supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, all purpose cleaner).
- A starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels is provided.
- All kitchen supplies to cook and eat/drink from home! (pots, skillets, Dutch oven, sauté pan, baking pans, cooking utensils, strainer, measuring cups and spoons, Tupperware and storage containers, can opener, plates, bowls, cups, stemless wine glasses, cutting boards, oven gloves, wine opener, blender, 2 way coffee machine- single or full cup)

NOTE: There is neighbouring construction taking place on the property next door. Work is scheduled Monday–Saturday, and is expected to continue through early August 2026. While most guests are unaffected, daytime noise may be noticeable during these hours. Evenings, early mornings, and Sundays remain quiet.
