Perfect place and great host

Place was clean and close to downtown Monrovia and great hikes. I stayed here with my partner and our infant son. Had a great time - Easy check in and the place was super clean. Anna was great and clear with her communications.

Family visit in September

The home was lovely, and the neighborhood was great. Also a short walk to the very cute downtown area. We have an EV so it we appreciated that the garage was wired with a charger.

Family Gathering

Spent 3 nights in this delightful and comfortable space. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything worked, everything was very clean and our host was kind enough to arrange an early arrival time. Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality.

Nice place for a relaxing stay. Easy seamless process. Fairly freshly remodeled with just the right amount of obvious custom stuff, modern style, neither trendy or boring. Can sleep a lot of folks, though we had just two couples. Great master suite, beautiful shower. We cooked, and other than maybe needing some of your own specialized things, it is very well-equipped. There is even a mokka espresso pot, though we did not it until after using the standard coffee maker. Shoes-off clean, as we like it, and tried to leave it. Didn't get to use the enormous backyard as it rained all day.

Monrovia house a gem

Wow, the house was big and clean and very welcoming. My family & some friends had gathered for my mother’s memorial at St Luke’s Church; we could prepare food for meals and the reception in the roomy kitchen (very well-appointed). Plenty of space at dining table & living room to socialize. Master bedroom huge & beautiful. Several bedrooms & a nook gave plenty of sleep spaces. Bathrooms very clean/ hand soap/ lots of towels. All windows worked & only used heating once but good. We used the barbque to cook salmon & the back yard for relaxing. Plenty of good walking around the neighborhood & located only a mile from food store & downtown. Was perfect for our family & friends. Thank you Anna for your thoughtfulness & care for detail.

Elegant, well-stocked property in quiet safe neighborhood

First time staying at a VRBO property in the LA area. Chose this property for it's location primarily. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised on how well stocked it was (kitchen, bath, bed items). TV and WiFi worked without issue. Hall bathroom had radiant heated floor tiles, and the toilet was one of those fancy Japanese (Toto) bidet types. All appliances were modern and high-end (Kitchen Aid, LG) as well as the pots & pans (All Clad), and plates (Mikasa). There's a driveway gate that is remote controlled, and use of the garage was a bonus. The multiple entrances were convenient. Very close to downtown Monrovia where there are cute shops & restaurants. About 20-30 mins drive to Old Town Pasadena also. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!
