HOUSE RULES:



It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.



* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID required.



* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am



MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Los Angeles in writing prior to the arrival date.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.



QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.



NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside on the roof top only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.



Please fully shut off AC/Heat and lock all doors when leaving the home or not in use.



PET FEES:

Well behaved dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with a $75 per pet fee and paid prior to check-in. Dogs should not be left unattended in the home unless they are muzzled or crated. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.



* You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests



* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

All appliances turned off. All windows and balcony doors must be shut closed. Leave Garage Remote Control inside the home on the Kitchen counter. You will be charged a $75 fee if not returned.
Kindly inform us if you're checking out early to have our Cleaners start as soon as possible.

Universal family vacation

This townhouse was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of 6. Its conveniently located close to universal studios and a short drive to hollywood blvd. Its in a safe neighborhood and very clean and spacious.

Immaculate and comfortable place in a great location

We stayed here with our kids for Spring Break and it was a great experience. The place was very comfortable with everything we needed. The decor and furnishings were interesting and we felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. The bathroom products were nice and they even provided a few snacks and water bottles for us in the kitchen. I also appreciated the parking spot in the garage. There was some road noise but it wasn’t enough to bother me, and I’m a light sleeper. This place is super close to Universal Studios so if you’re planning a trip there it’s the perfect location. There is a small convenience store and several restaurants walking distance as well.

Great Location

Barham boutique was at a fantastic. Location and we very much enjoyed staying here in Los Angeles. It’s up the road from the Hollywood sign ,Warner Bros Studio tours ,Universal Studios ,Hollywood Boulevard . All the really fun things to do are a 5 min Uber from your door step The apartment also had everything we needed a was comfy to rest and sleep in . Would definitely book here again Thanks Danny and Lily for the booking

Excellent Home! Perfect Location!

The Barhmam Boutique Townhouse was perfect for my business trip while working at Warner Bros. Studios. It's minutes away from Universal and Warner Bros. There is generous space throughout the property, and everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

This property is based in a great location with easy access to get around. The unit is a great size, super clean, and the property manager was incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend this place to others and hope to stay there again when I visit town.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Exceptionally convenient to Universal Studios. A fair amount of traffic to get elsewhere, but all very close. Apartment was lovely with plenty of space and amenities.

Great Location for LA Daytrips!

We really enjoyed our stay in the property. It's only 5 minutes away from Universal Studios and a short distance from the Getty and other LA landmarks. It was perfect for our family because the neighbors are quiet and we were able to have peaceful evenings after seeing the sights each day.

Very Nice Property

This was a very nice home with a great location for local activities. Nicely decorated & easy to access. Note that it does have many stairs, so if thats an issue for you, beware. A liquor store/small market just a block away for those forgotten items was very convenient. We would recommend staying here.

Great location with modern vibe but noisy

Overall it was a very nice apartment, well cared for and curated. It is spacious and well appointed. The location was convenient to sites on the northern side of the city. The main downside, which I wish others had noted in their reviews, is that it is really very loud inside the apartment due to road noise from the busy street below. You cannot get rid of the noise by closing doors/windows, it's just a very urban location. The King and Queen bedrooms are especially noisy all night since they are street-facing but even the back trundle bedroom is very noisy late at night and in the early mornings due to adjacent neighbors and thin walls. For anyone sensitive to noise you should definitely be aware. Thank you for an otherwise enjoyable stay!
