Endless ocean views, mesmerizing sunsets and romantic evening lights are what some of our guests have commented on after their stay.

The property has 6 large bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms, two additional guest bathrooms, a billiard room with pool table, two family rooms, formal dining room, three fireplaces, casual breakfast nook overlooking the ocean and reading area, along with a gourmet kitchen that will take your breath away. There is a working elevator that services all three floors and depending on the size of your vehicle, the garage can accommodate up to three to six vehicles.

The large home is comfortable and technology advanced to keep you warm at night and cool during the summer months, along with automated lighting and high definition TV’s, stereo/Pandora/Spotify/iTunes in each of the bedrooms and throughout the entire property along with an advanced exterior video security system.

Located on the much sought after Boardwalk-Peninsula of Long Beach, direct access to the beach and ½ block to the Bay makes this property equally enjoyable for both adults and small children to safely enjoy bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, wind surfing, gondola rides around Naples Island or just lounging. Walking distance to the popular 2nd Street where you will find many restaurants, shopping and night life to enjoy.

The property is centrally located to Long Beach Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, Queen Mary (10 minutes), Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm (20 minutes), LAX (30 minutes), John Wayne Airport (20 minutes), downtown LA (40 minutes).

This home had everything we had hoped for, an incredible view of the ocean, beach front for easy access to the water, safe and quiet neighborhood, well decorated interior throughout the home and so much more. We had hired a photographer to do pictures for my son’s 40 th birthday and military retirement, she had us pose on the beautiful staircase in the home and the pictures came out perfect. We hope to rebook again soon!

Had a party for my wife's 50th B day. Party was during the day . The property had plenty of room on the bottom and 2nd floors for guest. Approx 70 people in attendance

Awesome Weekend !

Perfect for our group!

We held our quarterly team meeting here in addition to our out-of-town employees staying. It was a great space for all of this! The views and location were awesome and the house had all of the amenities we needed.

Overall a great place to stay with a large group

The whole family loved the place, with a large kitchen, balconies, and beautiful views, it's hard not to like the house itself. There were some basic items missing, like body soap in all the bathrooms, washcloths, and a sponge to do dishes. Other than than, we would stay here again.

Amazing house

We loved this house so much! It’s huge and beautiful and amazing. It’s right on the beach, so my son and his friends swam, played soccer and football and rode bikes all the way up to shoreline village. There was so much space for everyone to relax and spread out. The boys played pool and the kitchen and dining area were great for big group meals. We will definitely be back!

Great 4th of July

What an amazing house! Perfect location, especially for the 4th of July. We saw fireworks on both sides. There was so much space for the 7 of us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was incredible. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We wold definitely come back!

Seventy forth birthday celebration

The location was surreal. We enjoyed the view, the sound of the ocean and cleanliness of the house. The space was inviting. It was like being at home. The garages accommodated our cars perfectly. My guests enjoyed every moment, and are still thanking me for the invite. I would definitely consider using this property again.

Great family getaway at a gorgeous beach house!!!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful beach house! There were 9 of us (us parents and 7 kids aged 23-16) and we had enough room for all of us. The beach is right outside the door and the house is centrally located and close to restaurants and lots of activity. The owner and property manager were attentive and accommodating to our group. Thank you very much Joe for sharing your amazing place with us. We loved every second of our stay.

EVERYTHING WE WANTED!

Family reunion

Beautiful property with panoramic views of the ocean and city. Close proximity to retail and grocery. Very spacious and private. Owners were easy to access. We would definitely vacation here again. Only one suggestion would be getting repeaters for internet on ground level since WiFi signal was weak on ground level.

Fantastic home/location and incredible hosts!

We had a phenomenal time at the beautiful "beach front exec home". We celebrated my mom's bday with a small group of friends and family and the hosts Joe and Jason were so generous, helpful and responsive. The home is just stunning, gorgeous views and a bathroom for every bedroom and then some. Loved the speaker system in the ceilings, and all the special touches throughout the house. Already planning our return visit next year!! Such a great find!

Business holiday retreat

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Easy to get to many attractions and restaurants. Gondola ride nearby was wonderful. Everyone had their own private bedrooms and en suite facilities. We were met by the owners son, who is also the manager of the property, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. We had previously spoken directly to the owner of the property, who we found very friendly, and accommodating for a couple of our special requests. We would highly recommend this property and would come again ourselves.
