Main floor is open - dining & living area w/ double-height ceiling. Beautiful remodeled kitchen that won't disappoint. Lg skylight & sliding glass doors that open to balconies w/ glass railings. Top Floor - Entire Master Suite. Bottom Floor - 3 bdrms, den & private beach access. Centrally Located.
