Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and any violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. This is a peaceful retreat — please help us keep it that way.
👉 For your safety and the security of the property, please be aware that there are three (3) exterior Ring security cameras on the premises: one at the front doorbell (covering the front entrance and beach side), one at the back alley, and one at the side yard. Beautiful home on the peninsula with great ocean views and only a short walk away from the heart of LB. A quiet retreat for those of us who live busy hectic lives.
The property was falsely advertised with air-conditioning. When confronted with the fact that there was no air-conditioning we were told just to open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze. The house was in the mid to high 80s the entire time we were there. We only wound up staying one night and then canceled the rest of the reservation. To compound this miserable experience, we also have bedbug bites.all over bodies from this property. We have documentation and pictures. Needless to say, we would strongly recommend against staying at this property.
