This newly renovated Canyon View Retreat is private and secluded, with one of the premier nature views of Benedict Canyon. Travel down a long tree lined driveway to peace and quiet with no visible neighbors. The property consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. You will find this charming retreat is one of kind with a large pool, game room which includes a large screen TV and ping pong table, a huge deck patio with sitting area and dining table, beautifully furnished for your comfort. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the master bathroom to take in the canyon view and the surrounding beauty.
You are just a 10 minute drive from Rodeo Dr. and fine dining, and 5 minutes from Beverly Glen Circle Shopping, Starbucks, market and restaurants. Close proximity to all the major studios, and 30 minutes from the beach.
