VACATION LIVING | GREENVIEW

In one of the most convenient locations in Southland, Greenview is situated on one of the most desirable streets in the Media District of Burbank. This home is within walking distance of the lively Burbank downtown district with its shops, theaters, restaurants, and parks. It’s only a short drive to the L.A. Zoo, Hollywood, Pasadena, or even downtown L.A..
The Burbank airport is also very close, as well as beautiful hiking trails.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was well updated, providing a great flow through the house, and features a beautiful backyard to enjoy the warm Southern California weather!

Relax and lounge with your guests in the living room, furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, sofa chairs, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, and ceiling fan for good airflow.

The modern kitchen is outfitted with a five-burner gas stove, double-door refrigerator, dual sinks, lots of counter space, and all the essential amenities. In addition to the dining area with space for up to eight people, the breakfast bar with high-top seating is ideal to gather friends and relatives while preparing a delightful homemade feast!

The bedrooms all feature luxurious linens and pillows, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans for your comfort. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the two others are queen-size.

Greenview has two full bathrooms – One with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination, and the second one with a walk-in shower.

As you step into the vast backyard, you are welcomed by a large patio area featuring outdoor tables and seating, a gas BBQ grill, and a brick fireplace for nice and cozy evenings under the stars. Surrounded by mature foliage and fruit trees, it’s a lovely space for the entire family to get together and the kids to run around.

Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Private driveway parking. There is no garage access.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

My family and I loved this home! It was 8 of us who stayed here very comfortably. Close to many places to eat and Burbank Mall. Great communication with property manager at all times. I would chose this property in the future.

Great place for WB and Universal!

Family of four, including 2 adult children visited Burbank to spend one day at WB Studio Tour and one day at Universal Studios. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable, clean, lots of towels, would stay here again.

Wedding in Burbank

My husband's family gathered in Burbank for a wedding. My immediate family met us there . Location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and residential but close to everything. We were able to do a tour at Warner Brothers for the 100 year anniversary.

Final summer getaway.

We rented this house for our last summer getaway. The house is a little older but has been remodeled. Great location close to many stores and shopping. The neighborhood was very quite. Yard in the back could use some work but otherwise good.

Lovely home in quiet location!

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time at this home! The location is QUIET but also close to everything you need in Burbank. 3 minutes to Target 😉 The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the little welcome snacks and coffee were so appreciated. Special shoutout to the room darkening shades in two of the bedrooms. Very appreciated when adjusting to PST.

Peaceful Stay

Very nice house, located in a clean neighborhood, convenient for groceries and shopping. Costo and Mall were closed by. Universal Studios few miles away. We will consider to stay next time we are in the area. Host is very friendly and helpful. Thanks! God bless!

Very pleasant stay

The home is an older home with some updates made to it. It was comfortable for our vacation on universal studios. It was about 20 minutes away. We did wake up to a natural Halloween decoration out the front door.

Great property, excellent communication!

My family and I were out of our house due to renovations and this house was perfect for the three of us. My daughter loved the Bay Window in the dining area, and my husband found the beds very comfortable. The gift basket was also much appreciated! I ended up staying an extra day and communicating with the property manager was very easy. We didn't really use the backyard area as it was November, but it seemed very nice! Easy parking, very nice neighborhood.

SoCal College Visits

I stayed here with 3 teens to tour multiple campuses and it was the perfect location. The property was spacious for the kids and me and had the perfect amenities for meals. We spent time in the garden and I had my morning coffee and evening wine in a lovely setting. All features were as advertised and communication with the property manager was easy. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the Burbank. area

Most sites were within an hour (with traffic), such as Disney, Griffin Observatory, Queen Mary, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, and so much more! I highly recommend this home!

The beds are large,and there is a flat screen TV in every bedroom. When I contacted the host with a question,I received a timely response which I appreciated. Sprouts, Starbucks, Macy's, cute little shops and banks are all near this adorable house. It's also a quite and friendly neighborhood. We completely enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!
