House Rules Policy: Our home is a safe, sacred environment for families and business travelers. If drugs are found or suspected, you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. This is an upscale private home and is NOT available for parties, events or weddings. This is a Non-Smoking home, best suited for mature, responsible adults and well behaved and disciplined children. If there is any evidence of a party an additional cleaning Fee will be charged and deducted from your deposit. Occupancy is limited to the number of guest reserved.
Accidents/Injuries: Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred on the property by guests or their visitors. Parents be diligent caring/handling children to avoid any injury, breakage or damages. Owners are not responsible for lost Items, loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables. Please exercise due care for your safety and others. However, we take your safety seriously, so please bring any dangerous conditions to our attention IMMEDIATELY upon discovery. We will take appropriate action right away.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided no deductions are made due to: a) damage to the property or furnishings b) necessity for excessive cleaning c) any other cost incurred due to damages caused by Guest's stay.
