The entire experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. Entire staff is pleasant and helpful, restaurant and lobby bar are great, and lobby and rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Only small complaint is the expensive drink prices, but everything else more than makes up for it.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Conrad Los Angeles. The property is absolutely beautiful — elegant without feeling stuffy — and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and personal. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and so comfortable. Even though it was downtown, it was very clean and safe. There are also Walt Disney Hall and the museum nearby, and it's easy to get to Dodgers Stadium.

Outstanding Stay

The hotel is amazing, very high-end! The housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted! Check-in and restaurant was great as well. One of the better city hotels I have ever visited.

This hotel is amazing. I travel to LA a lot for work and I had never felt so safe and good in any hotel. The staff is incredible. The rooms are nice and always clean. There are not enough good things I can say about this hotel. I love it very very much. Will be back in a couple of week!
