Property is located in close proximity to the SPACEX, LAX, the Hollywood bowl, USC, Martin Luther King Drew Hospital, 10 minutes to LA coliseum and more. This unit is located on the 2nd level and completely renovated with new kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer and new bathroom. It is fully furnished for mid term renting (from 1 month to 6 months) with full functional kitchen, linens/beddings. This unit has 1 full size bed and 2 pull-out sofa beds suitable for 3 people.
