Cozy Santa Monica 2BD House with drive way.
We have 2 bedroom house , furnished home. It’s a decent old home , affordable price for families/ friends who want to explore Santa Monica. Picky guests please look for Santa Monica hotels $$$$. It has washer and dryer. The rental is only 1/2 block walking distance from SMC College. Long driveway for 2 cars. Nice front garden view. Beach access -2 mile away from Santa Monica Pier, 3RD street promenade, Santa Monica Place shopping center. Quite neighborhood, nice and friendly. Need to climb 3 steps to get to the house . Guests are welcome to use the front yard,and drive way , no backyard. You rent the front house . There is a tenant live in the back unit of the property. No parties, No events allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the place, you can smoke outside. No loud music.Drug free house. Our place is located in the heart of Santa Monica, near all the great sites. Walking distance to some great restaurants and markets, 2 mile from Virginia Park. Bus station 2 min walk.
