The homeowner canceled on me the day the trip was to begin. Please provide my refund asap

The host canceled our stay on the same day of arrival due to plumbing issues. I was just a little disturbed with still being charged a large amount. Just an admonishment to those reading my review, beware of scams. I am not saying that is what this was, but it is very possible. I am not a happy Expedia customer right now!
