Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Walked in and was overwhelmed by the stench of mildew, mold, and possible smoking smell covered up. Asked to tour the room and was shocked to find a dilapidated, frankly disgusting room that was not at all like the pictures. Cracks and holes in the walls, a microwave sitting on a chair, no TV, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated in 50 years, smoke alarm has not been replaced per construction standards (every ten years). Poor light fixtures, outlets, bed sheets only. Did not stay and are fighting for a refund. Upon arriving it took 30 minutes to find the place with the host not answering, David, and having to wait ten minutes just to tour the room. One of the worst experiences with Vrbo I have had and have contacted customer support to investigate this property because it appears to be a scam. No reviews are posted, RENTERS NIGHTMARE!!
