This was our first time staying at this property, and it was such a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome. They even had fresh-baked cookies available—which were delicious! Although it was just a quick overnight stay, we really enjoyed it. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they’re comfortable and cozy. Overall, it had a lovely atmosphere—perfect for a quaint, relaxing stay.

my husband and I really loved the modern feel of the property. The only thing I would critique is the lack of a full bar and robes in the room. I had to call down and get my robes which was a bit of an inconvenience because we thought it came with the room however, other than that, everyone was pleasant. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We loved the robots bringing our delivery items. Just keep in mind that the hidden fees are the incidentals such as the resort fee per person.

Room was clean when we arrived, the housekeeping did an ok job, left cups and wine glasses in the room from the first night we were there for 2 days. Left enough towels. The pool rooftop bar was closed for an entire day for a filming crew which we were not aware of that left us disappointed. The noise level was terrible one of the nights, the music from a local bar or club can be heard loud and clear from our 4 floor room until 2am. The front desk staff was fantastic and helpful. It would be nice if the 2 bars would be open past 7pm
