I was unsafe. Do not stay here as a woman or with children. Folx may walk right into elevator. Staff asleep at window. No lobby. Towels were dirty. No secondary safety locks on doors. I heard many people going in and out all night. Disgusting. Had I any alternative I would've switched. This place should be removed from Expedia till they come up to a standard of at least safe!

Ok well I drove from Las Vegas to USC keck to receive my radiation and yes I do love it here at erth inn but unfortunately I stayed in room 207 and in my room I didn't have a working shower and when I mentioned it to the staff it was blown off, because there isn't a person qualified here to fix it. Other than this I would have put five stars all across the board.

The floor and towel was dirty. The bed was okay but little bit of smell tho. Honestly, I do not recommend to stay here because I feel like it is unsafe even though you’re in your own room.

The room and the whole hotel smelled terrible (mixture of cigarette/marijuana/chemical from cleaning supplies) and the room was nothing like the picture (not clean, old, and updated), false advertisement.

The manager here let us check in 5 hours early. The hotel is right across the street from USC where my best friend is getting radation treatments. The place was quiet, clean, comfertable, and the staff was amazing. I would definatly recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay close to USC. I give them a perfect 10 all the way. And i will definatly stay there again

Location close to freeway which is nice. Rooms are a bit dismal but they had a microwave and mini fridge in the room which is hard to come by these days. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Didnt feel the bed was very clean and was hard as a rock. Would prob stay here again for the price and convenience but just prepare myself a bit more.

The hotel itself is great! Staff was amazing. The location is right next to a hospital. Due to the homeless being so bad in La, the area seemed dangerous due to so much homeless.

The property is at a convenient location and is close to food options, gas stations, busses, and 7-Eleven. The staff is friendly and it has free parking. The only reason why this isn’t 5 stars for me is because if you ask for a “non-smoking” room you can potentially still get a “smoking room.” During two of my bookings, I specifically asked for a “nonsmoking” room and both times my room smelled very much like weed. I asked to be moved and there were no available rooms, so I had no choice but to ask for a refund and went elsewhere.

A hotel you'd stay at if you have business in the area. Streets are generally not safe if you're walking around with a laptop, etc. Anecdotally from people that work in the area... They don't go out, if they eat out it's only across the street and back to the office. No fault of the hotel itself, its just the area.

Bare minimum hotel. We used it only for sleeping/showering so it was good enough for that. I don’t know if it was owners/staff on the third floor above us or other guests, but the stomping was so loud and throughout the night. Could use towel hooks or bars, nowhere to hang a towel, towels were scratchy and shower curtain probably needs to be replaced. No tissues, only tp. Bed was very very firm. No guide on tv, so channel flipping like the old days. Would be nice to have a lamp and usb ports. No coffeemaker but Starbucks is a block away. Property is definitely worn down but wasn’t filthy, everything was decently clean and staff was very nice, let us check in a few hours early, that was very appreciated. Would stay again if we needed for the same purpose but not if we would be spending more time in room. Also, parking in description was said to be secured, which is a large part why we booked here, but the gated lot next to hotel was not in use. Parking was in an open garage at base of hotel, next to ‘front desk’ (there is no lobby, essentially a small office w a plexiglass window where you check in) so it was better than an open lot.
