About this space-
TWO blocks from the beach. In such a central location, tenants will experience the luxury of being a convenient walk's distance from many of Long Beach's more desirable sights and attractions. Such includes the Belmont Shore Pier, the peaceful and majestic Naples Island, the always-on Second Street strip, the prestigious and scenically outstanding beach-front Olympix gym, with activities like kite surfing and kayaking only steps away, as well as a slew of quality bars, restaurants, and hangouts.
The Space-
We are ecstatic to introduce and host you in our new listing. Everything was remodeled in June 2020. Amazing upstairs bathroom, which was re-done to the studs. Unbeatable location. Smart TV equipped. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. The couch has 66 inches of space from armrest to armrest. Although you will rarely need them (except summer) there are 2 very powerful and ultra silent AC units installed in the space; 1 is upstairs and 1 downstairs.
***All hard surfaces are sterilized in between every tenant's stay, to meet up to standards with today's social climate, and best protect you and your family from the threat of Covid-19. **
PETS - Must be disclosed at booking request, and approved by owner prior to booking. The pet cleaning fee is $60, in addition to the regular cleaning fee. If your pet is approved, we will send you a special day offer (including pet cleaning). If you do bring your pet, couch cover MUST stay on for the duration of your stay 🙂🐾.
***If you want to bring a pet, notify us and we will ask for the pet cleaning fee to be sent on a 3rd party app. You should never send us any form of payment through any 3rd party payment application before your booking has been confirmed.

The place was nice. We were able to walk to the Beach. If your a dog luver this is absolutely the best place to be. Rosie's Dog park is absolutely fabulous
Awesome little apartment within walking distance of amazing food.
Great place for 2 to 3 people in town for events. So much great food within walking distance. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbors. Our only somewhat complaint was the couch was less than comfortable after a long day.
Cute little condo. Impeccably, clean and neat the kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Love the location and close to the beach.
Communication with the host was easy and responses were almost immediate. The place was clean and a great value. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
The property was clean and in a quiet location. Commutation with the property manager great. It has a close proximity to the beach. It was perfect for what we needed it for.
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend. We loved that the property had two bathrooms for our group. The location was within walking distance to second street.
My only complaint is that the property doesn’t have any body soap or shampoo, so be prepared to bring your own.
We expected it to be a little bigger, we had 4 adults, and two of us ended up staying somewhere else, because it felt very crowded. The location is so close to the beach, and the neighborhood feels very safe and walkable. There was water on the kitchen floor every night, and we couldnt figure iut where it was coming.
It served its purpose. Location is great except parking was not the most convenient but we made it work. We did not spend much time at the home as we were busy. Very small living room and a small couch otherwise had to sit on kitchen table chairs. We did not use kitchen appliances but looked OK. Appears you need to bring your own toilet paper and there was not much there

Overall, this was an adequate rental. I'm glad we weren't driving as there was no parking and the location is at the end of a street with no outlet. The two bedrooms are upstairs, so not ideal for anyone with limited mobility, but worked for us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It is not a place to spend time or lounge, but as a place to lay your head, it serves its purpose. It is a very walkable neighborhood and close to a variety of restaurants and the beach.

The photos were misleading. The property has old shutters at the front door, furniture throughout the space were worn out, the place had a dated/musty odor, towels and linens were not freshly washed, upstairs shower wasn’t clean. The property is an apartment complex. There was no dedicated space for the apartment and parking is extremely limited. On the plus side, it was close to restaurants and boutiques.
Loved the location of this property. Lots of sidewalks, nearby coffee shops and restaurants, close to the grocery store, neighbors were also friendly. It's also very close to the beach. The downside is that the space was a little smaller than we thought for 5 people and a dog. The kitchen felt tight and the living room was also small. The place felt like it was more for sleeping, but not to hang out. However, there were streaming services available on the tv. There's also no ventilation, so we kept our windows open in the upstairs bathroom and one of the bedrooms. There were a couple space heaters and the rooms had fans, which were a plus. Thankfully there were extra blankets because it's a little chilly in December, but bedsheets were old. Also, lots of dust under the beds and not enough toilet paper, utensils, or body wash. Like other reviews mentioned, the fridge has a leak because we found water on the kitchen floor. We also noticed that the upstairs sink didn't drain well and the upstairs shower would leak water onto the floor. Parking wasn't too much of a challenge since you could easily park on Livingston, which was just up the stairs by the building, if Roswell was full. Overall, it seemed like a safe area and wasn't too far from the Long Beach airport.
The apartment was clean, pet friendly and was perfectly adequate for our needs. Great location for Long Beach Seal Beach and San Pedro Harbor. Great area for walking. The apartment manager was very responsive. Only complaint was that the garage was way too small to fit our car inside. We were able to find street parking nearby though.
Very clean with two nice bathrooms and two good size bedrooms with comfy beds. Living room is small but you won't want to be inside too much because it’s in great location with so much to see and do.
Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area.
The proximity of this jewel to the ocean is fantastic. It’s within walking distance of a great brewery, chicken place (love Bruxie’s!), and a grocery store. Easy access to freeways. The place was clean and offered just what we needed. Thank you!
Had a great time, with the wife and our kids (9, 12, 17). Right by 2nd Street and the beach. Also close to just about everything you need. The townhome was very clean. The neighbors were here nice. Would definitely come back
