I liked that it was so close to the airport and there was a liquor store and a budget rent a car across the street. They locked my luggage for the day while I took an Uber to the Santa Monica pier, since my flight was 11:59 pm.

I enjoyed the hot tub & pool but the area never had clean towels available. The breakfast did not have pancakes or waffles. Courtesy feminine hygiene products were not available not even for sale in the store.

We tried to check in early, like 2:00pm however, was told they were unable to accommodate us because their computer system was down. When we got back around 11:30 PM we were able to check in however, the computer system was still down.

The property was clean and staff were so friendly, but limited breakfast options which was respected everyday, room air conditioner did not work properly and room was so cold. Although they were so nice and tried to accommodate us , but I believe this needs to be checked regularly to avoid inconvenience for the guests.

Staff were very accommodating. Outstanding breakfast and happy hour. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. Very industrial area surrounding hotel, not very walkable. Pool was under maintenance during our stay.

The room could be cleaner…there was a towel on the shower curtain, there was a brown ring around sink and the wallpaper peeling. There he gym/exercise room was a disappointment. I’ve been to several ES and this was the most disappointing one of them all.
