The unique part about this area of Malibu is that everything is very close-by! World class restaurants & modestly priced cafes, Malibu Fitness Center, surfing lessons & rentals, kayak & diving rentals, charter a fishing or sailboat, trendy local stores for shopping and experiencing the flavor of Malibu. The ultimate ocean front location

Amazing location just steps from the Malibu Pier, with off street private parking. Unit is older, but clean with direct access to beach and private deck over looking the ocean. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the calming sound of waves washing off the shore! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, close to hiking trails, Santa Monica, LA, and many others worth to see attractions. Very clean with amazing owner and manager. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a bit privacy but yet to be close to everything!!!

Holiday retreat

This is our second stay at this adorable rental. We love the location—walked to Broad St Oyster company for lunch a couple times. Grocery store is very close, and the pier is a five minute walk. Property manager is very friendly and helpful. We love it here.

Never Disappoints!

This was our 3rd stay and it never disappoints! It's absolutely breathtaking. Clean and everything you need is either already there or very close by, walks to the pier for delicious coffee in the morning and a glass of wine on the balcony listening to the crashing waves. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

I would highly recommend this rental. It was our third time to the property. Condo was clean - staff super friendly! Being right on the beach and waves rolling in was the best part. Great restaurants walking and driving distance. Great location to explore further afield

Beautiful view and spot

This is a lovely little beach cottage with old school charm of simplicity. There is nothing fancy about this place but that is ok as all you need it that view! The couch on the deck was my favorite spot! Make sure to bring a hairdryer though if needed as there is not one and I had business meetings to attend. After the initial check in and tour from Angel, there was no communication, which was disappointing as I had a few questions. Regardless, the view was superb!

Beautiful condo-seal

Beautiful condo on the beach. Love the location right on the beach with views of the Malibu pier. The balcony is so nice to sit on and watch the waves, people on the beach and marine life. Angel manages the property and is so nice. He even brought us some coffee when I asked where to get it. The one bedroom condo was clean and perfect for our visit. We loved our stay in Malibu.❤️
